Zhang Chaochao ‘Like’ the Hanas Group’s Benchmarking International and Precision Management
On April 11th, 2017, a group of some officers which was lead by Zhang Chaochao, the vice governor and member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Ningxia Autonomous Region, and Xu Guangguo, the Secretary of Yinchuan Municipal Committee of the CPC and the member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Ningxia Autonomous Region came to Ningxia Hanas Natural Gas Co., Ltd for investigating and surveying the production and operation of its millions tons LNG plant, and the Hanas Group’s president Xu Changning accompanied. After visiting the advanced production technology and equipment of one million tons LNG plant of Hanas Group, Zhang Chaochao praised that the enterprise did well in the precision and international management. Then, he said that the green energy was the development direction in the future, but the market competition also was fierce, and the strength of a enterprise was the most important mean of competition. And now enterprises have no shortage of scale and height but lack of precise management, and the gap with foreign enterprises is pretty big, so settling down to learn the advanced management experience of foreign enterprises is necessary.
Hanas Group devotes to guide society to no longer rely on non-clean energy by investing to develop the renewable energy and the clean energy of green, clean, safe and reliable. It also is committed to seek the energy solution which is good for the sustainable development of environment, to help China’s energy transformation and let people live better. In 2016, Hanas liquefied natural gas trade accounted for 15.2% of the national liquefied natural gas market share.
At present, Hanas Group is stepping up planning and establishing millions and millions tons level of natural gas industry chain: upstream, it incorporates a trading company in Singapore, and signs a purchase agreement with Shell, Total, France Gas Suez and other international energy companies. According to the purchase agreement, it will purchase LNG from international market, and the number of imports of LNG from abroad will reach to more than 2millions tons/ year. Midstream: it builds the Integration base of 5 millions LNG in Ningxia, supporting the construction of Nature Gas Long-distance Pipeline from Hanjinqi to Yinchuan, in order to ensure that the Ningxia dual gas source and LNG material supply; it also respectively establishes LNG receiving station and Floating Storage Unit (FSU) in the ports of Putian City, Fujian Province, Zhuhai City, Guangdong province, and Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province and other places. After these projects are completed, the annual ability will break ten million tons, the transmission capacity of natural gas pipeline will be 3 billion cubic meters, and these projects will form two clean energy supply centers which are located in northwest and southeast of China. Downstream: it promotes the developments of the urban gas, the traffic field gas, the combined cooling heating and power system (CCHP) and the industrial gas, and it establishes and expanse the national natural gas online sale platform and LNG car sale and full-service. Furthermore, it will complete thousands of filling station and hundreds of green energy promotion center in China within within the next ten years. By 2020, the sales volume of LNG will exceed five million tons.
