Safety first, mission must be reached
On April 26, Hanasi Logistics assisted Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Emergency Management Department and Zhongwei Fire Detachment in successfully handling a liquefied natural gas leak accident in the Beijing-Tibet Expressway from Taoshan to Xingren section.
At around 17:30 in the afternoon of the same day, on the Taoshan-Xingren section of the Beijing-Tibet Expressway, A medium-sized truck rear-ended a dangerous cargo vehicle transporting liquefied natural gas, causing a liquefied natural gas leakage accident, seriously endangering the safety of surrounding personnel and vehicles. Due to the strong professionalism of LNG leakage disposal and high operational requirements, after receiving the accident report, the Autonomous Region Emergency Management Office urgently notified Hanas Logistics as an emergency rescue assistance unit to participate in this rescue mission.
After receiving the notice, Hanas Logistics immediately set up a rescue team, dispatched rescue vehicles and carried emergency rescue equipment to the location of the incident as soon as possible. After arriving at the scene, relying on the professional knowledge of LNG tank trucks and the rich experience in emergency response, the rescue team quickly proposed a treatment plan after studying and judging the accident scene and discussing with relevant departments involved in the rescue at the scene. Due to the massive leakage of liquefied natural gas, a flammable area is formed around the expressway. First, the fire department will spray the leaked area and the ground to reduce the flammable gas concentration to a safe range. Subsequently, rescuers entered the vehicle leakage area, gradually removed the damaged operation box door and components, distinguished the damaged part of the tank pipeline, and further confirmed that the LNG leakage in the tank was completed and the hidden dangers were eliminated. In the end, with the joint efforts of everyone, the danger was successfully eliminated.
As a professional rescue team for hazardous chemicals, Hanas Logistics has successfully participated in the handling of many hazardous chemical accidents. It has rich experience and professional skills in road emergency response. A series of professional operations in this emergency accident have won the on-site rescue command and Unanimous praise from local rescue departments. In the future work, Hanas Logistics will further improve the construction of emergency rescue teams and continue to improve emergency rescue capabilities, so that if there is danger, the rescue will be won, so as to share the public’s worries and solve problems for the people.
