Leaders of relevant departments in Yinchuan visited Hanas LNG to inspect and guide safety production
On September 30, Mai Xinfu, director of the administrative committee of Yinchuan economic and Technological Development Zone, Dang Cheng, director of Yinchuan development and Reform Commission Ma Shaohong, director of the market supervision and Administration Bureau, and other leaders visited Hanas LNG to inspect and guide the safety work. Ma Fulu, chairman of Hanas LNG , Ma Qixuan, deputy general manager, Mashhad, factory director and other leaders accompanied the inspection.
During the inspection, the leaders of the inspection team visited the company’s storage tank area, production unit area and central control room to learn more about the process equipment, production operation, safety and fire-fighting facilities management. Subsequently, the leaders of the inspection team asked about the implementation of the company’s three-year special rectification of work safety, the construction of work safety responsibility system, the construction and operation of micro fire stations, the safe use of equipment and the emergency rescue plan for safety accidents, and affirmed the company’s work of work safety and fire protection.
In the central control room, the leaders of the inspection team listened carefully to the operation of the company’s DCS system, emergency shutdown system and fire control system, and inquired in detail about the formulation and drill of the emergency rescue plan for production safety accidents, and the implementation of the dual prevention mechanism of hierarchical control of safety risks and troubleshooting and treatment of hidden dangers. The leaders of the inspection team put forward specific requirements for the further implementation of enterprise safety production and epidemic prevention and control during the national day, and required to do a good job of pre Festival safety inspection to ensure that there are no potential safety hazards.
