Leaders of Ningdong Emergency Management Bureau and fire rescue brigade visited Hanas LNG to inspect and guide safety work
In order to continuously and accurately prevent and control the safety risks of major hazard sources of hazardous chemicals, the autonomous region organized the second special inspection and supervision of enterprises with major hazard sources of hazardous chemicals in the region in 2021, and carried out the work in the form of enterprise self inspection and cross inspection. On September 27, leaders of Ningdong Emergency Management Bureau, fire rescue brigade, Emergency Management Bureau of economic development zone and hazardous chemicals experts visited Hanas LNG. for cross inspection of major hazard sources in different places.
The leaders of the inspection team listened carefully to the basic information of Hanas LNG. The key contents of special inspection and supervision, self inspection and rectification, and the implementation of three-year special rectification actions for work safety; Understand in detail the implementation of safety production laws, regulations and policies, work deployment and requirements, the construction of safety production responsibility system, the construction of safety production standardization, the construction and operation of micro fire stations, the safe use of equipment, the emergency rescue plan for safety accidents, the investment of safety production expenses, etc.
During the on-site inspection, the leaders of the inspection team visited the company’s LNG storage tank area, production auxiliary material storage tank area, production unit area and central control room, and carefully inspected the implementation of hazardous chemical storage tanks, major hazard source guarantee responsibility system, process equipment, production operation, safety and fire-fighting facilities management according to the key contents of special inspection and supervision. The leaders of the inspection team gave feedback on the hidden dangers found on site, and put forward hopes and requirements on how to better implement the safety production responsibility system and strengthen the enterprise safety production management.
The inspection of major hazard enterprises not only supervised the enterprises to implement the main responsibility of safety production, but also accurately investigated the problems and hidden dangers of major hazard sources, and effectively prevented and controlled safety risks.
