The Hanas LNG storage tank is a full-contained storage tank with a very high safety factor. The tank capacity is 50,000 cubic meters. It is used for one month; LNG is transported by pipeline to the loading platform and filled into each liquid loading vehicle. After all the vehicles have completed the safety inspection, they can enter the plant loading liquid. Hanas LNG products are transported to the natural gas pipeline by tank truck. In the central control room, the production manager introduced the factory process and equipment management in detail. All the processes are equipped with a one-button start-stop device. Once an emergency occurs, the intake valve will be cut off immediately, preventing leakage and further escalation of the event from the source. People’s lives and property are safe. In addition to continuously strengthening the management of automation equipment, Hanas LNG Factory attaches great importance to the safety management of staff, adheres to the daily and weekly meeting system, carefully searches for hidden dangers and immediately rectifies them, and insists on holding a whole factory safety meeting every month to promptly conduct work to employees. Safety education and training to continuously improve employees’ safety awareness. In response to the “3·21” explosion accident in Xiangshui, Yancheng, Jiangsu, the Hanas LNG plant held a special meeting for the first time to fully deploy the safety work of the factory, organize employees to carry out self-examination and self-correction activities, and jointly organize related departments such as the local fire brigade.
