Implement safety responsibility and promote safety development

In September 2021, LNG business department organized and carried out special safety inspection with the theme of “implementing safety responsibilities and promoting safety development”. The inspection focused on the comprehensive investigation of the safety management of LNG plant, Hanas logistics and terminal stations in Shaanxi, Hebei, Henan and Shandong by combining self inspection and supervision.

The inspection work is mainly carried out from two aspects: office data management and production site management. Interior data management mainly checks the management of safety and fire emergency plan, various safety and fire rules and regulations, safety training and education, safety technical operation, training and evidence collection; The production site management focuses on the allocation of safety and fire-fighting facilities, the operation status of various process pipelines, the forced inspection of various safety accessories, pressure vessels, detection devices and instruments, and whether the operators on the production site operate in accordance with the operating procedures.

During this inspection, the overall safety production work of all units was good, but there were still some potential safety hazards. In view of the safety inspection of each unit, the GS Division issued a safety inspection rectification notice, pointed out relevant problems, clarified responsibilities, put forward requirements for rectification within a time limit, followed up and supervised to ensure practical results.

In view of the safety hazards found, the business division requires all units to further improve the safety management level, improve the safety awareness of all employees, implement safety responsibilities at all levels, strengthen safety measures, further promote the safety production work of all companies, and ensure the safe, healthy and stable development of LNG business division.
