On July 11，Huang shaozhong，Director of NorthWestern Regulatory authority of National Energy Administration，Chai aijun，deputy director of the Industry Supervision Department, Lu Rui and Zhang Heng, deputy directors of the Market Supervision Department,Hanas Group vice presidents Wang Shaobo, Ren Fenglan, Ma Fulu and other leaders accompanied the leaders to visit the LNG plant storage tank area, loading platform, production equipment area and central control room.
The staff of Hanas LNG plant introduced to the leaders the process of LNG plant construction, production process characteristics, operation and safety management and control. LNG plant adopts international advanced production process. All equipment is imported from internationally renowned enterprises with high degree of automation, which guarantees the production and operation of the plant from the source. Reliability and stability, liquefied natural gas is transported by pipeline to the loading platform to fill every loading vehicle, and Hanas LNG tanker transports products to all parts of the country, bringing convenience to people’s work and life.
In the central control room, production manager Yang Qinghu introduced in detail the integrated control system (DCS), emergency parking system and fire control system of the factory. All the processes of the factory are equipped with a key start-stop device. In case of an emergency, the intake valve will be cut off immediately to prevent leakage and further escalation of the incident from the source. To ensure the safety of people’s lives and property.
Finally, Director Huang Shaozhong emphasized that the supply of natural gas is a major issue related to people’s livelihood. Enterprises should strengthen production safety, strengthen production and operation, and relevant units should ensure the supply of raw gas in factories, and ensure daily LNG gas demand of residents and enterprises.
