Hanas LNG Plant takes measures to carry out safety production rectification actions
According to the relevant national safety laws and regulations, Hanas LNG plant combines actual conditions and develops plans, In accordance with the work concept of “strict control at the source, strict management of the process, strict assessment of results, and strict accountability for accidents”, strengthen the source of risk management, system management and comprehensive treatment, and many measures, strive to fundamentally eliminate the accidents.
In order to strengthen the overall planning and coordination and promote the implementation of all the work, Hanas LNG Plant has set up a three-year action leading group for the special rectification of production safety and organized special learning and training. All employees conscientiously study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on production safety, strictly implement the primary responsibility of enterprises for production safety, establish a production safety responsibility system with “responsibility at various levels and everyone has his or her own responsibility”, ensure that safety regulations, standards and norms are effectively implemented, and improve the level of intrinsic safety management. We will steadily modernize the safety management system and management capacity of hazardous chemicals enterprises.
On the morning of December 4th, Wang Tingwen, deputy director of the Safety and Commission Office of the Autonomous Region, and Ma Jinlong, director of the Yinchuan Emergency Management Bureau, led the inspection on the implementation of the three-year action of the special rectification of safety production in Hanas LNG Plant. On the morning of December 15th, experts from Ningxia Fire and Rescue General Brigade, Yinchuan Fire and Rescue Detachment and various fire and rescue brigades carried out fire safety inspection and guidance to Hanas LNG Plant. Experts carried out on-site inspections on key facilities such as dry powder fire extinguishing system, automatic fire control system, fire water pump and rain deluge system in LNG plant. In the central control room, fire experts checked the main display control area and the centralized control panel of the fire control cabinet, and tested the linkage function of the fire control system. After the on-site inspection of the fire protection facilities and the linkage test of the fire control cabinet, experts said that the dry powder fire extinguishing system, fire water pump, fire control cabinet and automatic fire control system of Hanas LNG plant were all intact and effective.
On the afternoon of December 16, In order to further promote the three-year special rectification action for safe production, Hanas LNG Plant continued to carry out hidden danger investigation activities, and once again organized the management to learn the special rectification three-year action notice and requirements, and the group vice president Zeng Simeng He led the team to investigate the hidden dangers of the equipment and facilities at the production site of the LNG plant.
