The “Micro Oil Screw Air Compressor Technology Innovation” project is a technical transformation for the high temperature alarm of four micro oil screw air compressor units in the factory engineering plant. Due to the increase of the ambient temperature in summer, the temperature of the micro-oil screw air compressor unit in the actual operation process causes the high temperature alarm to stop, the equipment failure rate is high and a certain loss is caused to the normal production. In order to improve the efficiency of equipment operation and reduce the failure rate, the mechanical group set up an innovation team to carry out technical research and thoroughly solved this problem. Through the air compressor after technical transformation, the frequent high-temperature alarm and shutdown faults are completely eliminated, which ensures the normal production of the factory and achieves the effects of “energy saving, environmental protection, cost reduction and efficiency increase”.
