Director of the Department of Emergencies of the Emergency Management Department of the Autonomous Region and representatives of Yinchuan Municipal People’s Congress and CPPCC members surveyed Hanas LNG Factory
On the morning of June 12, Zhang Xinmin, Director of Dangerous Chemistry Department of Emergency Management Department of the Autonomous Region, Wang Xinde, investigator, Ren Xusheng, full-time member of Yinchuan Municipal People’s Congress, Wang Ningkang, Director of Yinchuan Emergency Management Bureau, Hu Jianhua, Wang Jianxi, Director of Yinchuan Development Zone Security Supervision Bureau, and some representatives of Yinchuan Municipal People’s Congress and CPPCC members visited Hanas LNG. Wang Shaobo, Vice President of Hanas Group, Assistant President Li Jinming, and Bob, Director of Hanas LNG Factory, accompanied them to visit the storage tank area, loading platform, production plant area and central control room.
Bob, the director of the factory, explained to the guests the construction process, production process characteristics and safety management of the factory. The factory has the first-class production technology and equipment in the world. At the same time, it also employs a team of foreign experts with rich management and production experience in the industry to jointly build a capable and efficient operation and maintenance personnel team with the domestic professional management team to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the plant equipment.
Safety is the top priority of production and operation, the cornerstone of long-term development of enterprises, and the responsibility of every employee. LNG factories build fire control systems, flame detection systems and gas detection systems with high degree of automation, which can monitor factories in real time. At the same time, through continuous joint exercises and safety training, strengthen the emergency response ability of the factory emergency team and employees, and constantly improve everyone’s knowledge and skills in safety and operation. The construction of talent team provides a strong guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the factory.
With the strong support of the Emergency Management Office of the Autonomous Region, Yinchuan Emergency Management Bureau and the Security Supervision Bureau of the Development Zone, LNG factories regularly hold large-scale joint emergency drills with local fire brigades and security supervision departments to normalize safety inspection and risk assessment, continuously improve the risk identification and emergency response capabilities of factory employees, and ensure the safe and stable operation of LNG factories.
After listening to the introduction of factory director Bob, Zhang Xinmin, director of the dangerous chemical division of the autonomous region, said: Hanas has made remarkable achievements in safety management. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen exchanges with enterprises to ensure the sound development of enterprise safety production. Ren Xusheng, a full-time member of the Yinchuan People’s Congress, also said that the purpose of the delegation visiting Hanas LNG factory is to learn the advanced safety management level of Hanas, exchange with each other and promote the safety development of dangerous industries.
